Before scheduling your first session, we’ll begin with an initial consultation. This is a chance for you to learn more about me and my approach, and for me to better understand your needs. Together, we can determine whether working together feels like a good fit. Initial consultations last about 15 to 20 minutes.
Individual art therapy integrates the creative process with traditional talk therapy, offering a space where words and art work together for healing and self-exploration. All art materials are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, allowing you to explore at your own pace. Sessions last 53 minutes or longer, and I work with individuals ages 13 and up.
I occasionally offer short-term consultation services for family members to better understand family dynamics and find to shift old patterns into more supportive relationships. I prefer to/will provide referrals to a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) for ongoing support.
I do not currently offer ongoing group art therapy sessions. From time to time, I partner with local nonprofit organizations to provide free/low-cost community art therapy workshops—feel free to message me if you’d like to learn more about those opportunities.

I am an approved provider for the following mental health programs:
These programs provide financial assistance to help reduce barriers to mental health care for historically underserved communities. If you are interested in applying for these programs, or if you have already been awarded a grant, please feel free to reach out for guidance on getting started with your sessions.
Therapy should be accessible to everyone. I offer sliding scale fees, which adjust based on financial need to help reduce barriers for clients who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, or underinsured. Availability is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on my current practice capacity, so please reach out to discuss your options.
The Good Faith Estimate Under the No Surprises Act protects you from hidden fees or additional costs that were not previously disclosed. You have the right to receive estimated costs of therapy sessions before you begin. To find out more, please send me a message or click here.
